Metal Fabrication Expansion Announcement
Yoe Construction Expands Steel Fabrication Capabilities and Capacity with the Addition of a Second Central PA Facility
Yoe Construction is proud to announce the addition of a new steel fabrication shop located at 775 Lombard Road in Red Lion, PA. The new location serves as an extension of the metal fabrication shop located at the Yoe Construction headquarters in Dallastown, PA. The addition of this second dedicated fabrication facility will allow Yoe to expand in-house structural steel capabilities and increase capacity. To accommodate the strategic growth resulting from the expansion, Yoe Construction will initially hire approximately 15 new employees with plans for continued team expansion in the future.
“At Yoe Construction, we are committed to delivering turnkey construction services that drive value for clients. This includes planning for strategic client-focused growth and expansion. Adding a second fabrication shop will power our ability to grow our in-house structural steel capabilities, expand our capacity, and ultimately ensure we can continue to deliver project success and high-quality experiences for the partners who place their trust in our team,” said Yoe Construction owner and president, Butch Eberly.
The new 23,142 square-foot facility more than triples Yoe Construction’s dedicated metal fabrication space and will support the company’s full-service, design-build capabilities and range of structural steel offerings, including precast form production, trench frame and grating, industrial column repair, miscellaneous metals, conveyor installations and millwrighting, and more. As part of the expansion Yoe Construction will also offer new specialty sand and bead blasting capabilities. The space will facilitate continued growth as Yoe continues to expand commercial and industrial work across the United States.
“At Yoe Construction, building long-term relationships with the clients we are honored to serve is at the heart of the way we work and this expansion is the next important step in our ability to deliver the steel fabrication capabilities and the capacity our clients can count on for project success,” said Eberly.
