Our TARGET SAFETY approach starts and ends with training and empowering our team with the knowledge, tools, and resources to execute each job safely. We emphasize compliance with all state and federal safety regulations and have a current EMR well below the industry average. In addition to prioritizing general construction safety training, Yoe understands that the industries in which our clients work require specialized safety expertise and training. We work closely with clients to comply with their individual site safety requirements and training.

Dedicated In-House Safety Leadership
Mike Colson, Quality Control/Safety Director
Our dedicated in-house Quality Control/Safety Director Mike Colson leads efforts to continually drive safety excellence forward across the entire Yoe Construction team. Mike brings over 20 years of diverse construction experience to his role. Throughout his career, Mike has worked in a variety of positions in the field and office from his early work as a concrete laborer to serving in superintendent leadership roles on major job sites. His diverse experience is a tremendous asset in his current role where he leads safety and quality, two areas critically linked in construction.

Yoe Construction also proudly partners with Jay Dimler, owner of JWD Associates LTD, a trusted training and compliance consultant with over 25 years of experience in MSHA , OSHA, and DOT compliance and training.
