At Yoe, our entire team is committed to ensuring a safe working environment for our employees and clients. Our TARGET SAFETY approach starts and ends with training and empowering our team with the knowledge, tools, and resources to execute each job safely. We emphasize compliance with all state and federal safety regulations and have a current EMR well below the industry average. In addition to prioritizing general construction safety training, Yoe understands that the industries in which our clients work require specialized safety expertise and training. We work closely with clients to comply with their individual site safety requirements and training.
